The Sanctuary of Truth is one of Southeast Asia's most extraordinary architectural achievements — a massive all-wood structure standing 105 metres tall, built entirely without nails and decorated with thousands of intricate hand-carved wooden sculptures. Construction began in 1981 and continues to this day, as the structure is perpetually being carved and restored. The sanctuary is dedicated to the ancient philosophies of Buddhism and Hinduism, with each section of the building representing different aspects of cosmic truth. Visitors can explore the interior galleries, watch traditional Thai dance performances, and take boat rides around the structure. A truly unmissable Pattaya experience.

One of the highlights of living in Pattaya. We've taken every visitor here and it never fails to impress. Truly spectacular.
Really enjoyable experience. Worth every baht and a great way to spend a day. The kids absolutely loved it and so did we.
A great day out. The facilities are well-maintained and there's plenty to see and do. Get there early to avoid the crowds.
